City or County Utilities - The Farm at Mills River is located in the Town of Mills River, NC between Asheville and Hendersonville. Its county seat is Henderson. Each lot has access to City Water, Sewer and Natural Gas. No wells or septic tanks needed.

HOA Fees - $1,200.00 per year
What Services and Amenities included? The Community HOA is developing the following amenities: community gathering space, a fishing/floating pond with a small beach area, a picnic spot, a pavilion with a stone fireplace (construction plans in development now), community garden beds, a community greenhouse, walking/cart trails, and a fire ring area.
Monthly Activities include a class or trek with a guide from Fly Fishing by Brown Trout Fly Fishing (Asheville’s only ORVIS Endorsed Fly Fishing Guide Service), a Mountain Biking/Riding Club, and a Gardening Club.

Elevation - The Farm at Mills River is considered “easy build” because of its low elevation and flat land. Mills River was named because of the nearby confluence of the Mills River and The French Broad River. It’s history is based in agriculture and was known as the “fertile crescent.” It’s elevation is 2080 feet.
